WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE STORE
Each product is ready to ship unless it says preorder in the listing.
All wraps, layers, and quilts are ready to ship.
What does ready to ship mean? Ready to ship means your item(s) will be mailed within 3 business days. I usually ship the following the business day, but life happens and there are times when I need the 3 business days to ship something.
****If you place an order and it includes a preorder item or items, the whole order will be shipped together when the preorder item has been made.
What does preorder mean? Preorder simply means that I have the supplies in stock and that I still need to sew it. Preorder items will be made in 7-10 business days and shipped when finished.
If you need items sooner, please contact me. I do charge a rush ordering fee of 10% of the cost of the item if you need items sooner than my current production time. Rush orders are completed within 2 business days and then mailed.
***I do not always have the time to do a rush order. I will let you know if I have the time to complete your order within the 2 business days.
I ship all packages using USPS mail as this is the most economical (except quilts).
US orders, once shipped, take 3-5 business days to arrive.
You will get a shipping notification from Shopify when your label is printed, this will have a tracking number on it. Please use this to follow your package.
I use USPS first class international mail for international packages.
These packages take anywhere from 5-15 days on average to arrive.
Insurance is available at your cost. Please contact me when you order if you would like to purchase insurance and I can get you a quote.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
I can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
Once the package is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control what happens.
I am unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
Since I use Shopify to print shipping labels, please make sure that your address is correct. I ship to the address listed on the order confirmation.
Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer.
I am able to offer priority shipping to US orders. Many times this saves you 2-3 days. Simply add the listing to your order and I will ship it priority when I pack your items.
You are responsible for any customs charges incurred and I do NOT ship as a gift.
I ship as Sale only. It is considered fraud otherwise.
I do NOT lower the cost of goods on the customs forms. I will put down the cost of goods purchased. Again, it is mail fraud if this is done and I can not risk my business.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of the items in my shop, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you receive your order and have a problem with it, please contact me immediately.
I take pride in my products and will do my best to help you out.
There are times that I take on custom orders. Please contact me with your needs and I will see what I can do for you.
Custom orders do have an additional one time fee of $5 for my additional time necessary to work with you. I do not start working on the items until the invoice is paid in full.
